The prices of my services reflect the expertise, advanced training, and over 18 years of professional experience I bring to each session. My commitment to continuous education ensures that you receive the best, most up-to-date treatments available.

In Lieu of Gratuities

I would be honored to receive any of the following:

Referrals: Your trust means the world to me, and nothing brings me more joy than getting to know people who are just as wonderful as you. If you have friends or family who would benefit from my services, please send them my way!
Home Care Products: Investing in yourself by purchasing the recommended home care products will help amplify your

facial results and support long-term skin health.

Online Endorsements: A review or shout-out on my Google, Nextdoor or Facebook page, or a mention on your social media (I’m on Instagram and Facebook @jilldawnskincare) would be deeply appreciated.
Gift Cards: Gift cards make a thoughtful gift for someone special in your life who would appreciate the services I offer.

Appointments can be easily scheduled through my booking website.

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, all bookings require a valid credit card to secure your appointment. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Cancellations or Changes: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notifying me, you will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Future Appointments: No new appointments will be scheduled until any cancellation or no-show fees are paid in full.

I will send you an appointment reminder via text and email 48 hours before your scheduled service to help you stay on track.

Special Booking Times: If you require an appointment outside of my normal working hours, special booking times are available with a 20% accommodation fee. Please contact me directly to check availability.

Payment and Return Policies

Payment for Services and Products: All payments for services and products are due at the time of your visit.
Cancellation and No-Show Fees: Fees for cancellations or no-shows must be paid in full before a new appointment can be scheduled.
Accepted Payment Methods: I accept cash and all major credit cards. At this time, I am no longer able to accept Venmo, PayPal, or checks.

Product Return and Exchange Policies

Product Returns: Unopened, unused products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days of purchase.
Product Exchanges: Opened or used products may be exchanged within 14 days if you experience allergies or sensitivities. Please reach out to me directly if this is suspected.
Service Sales: All service sales are final. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me directly so that we can work together to make it right.

Children in the Treatment Room

For the safety and comfort of all our clients, children are not permitted in the treatment room unless they have their own appointment. Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit.

As a parent myself, I understand that things can come up. If you are unable to arrange childcare, please don’t hesitate to contact

me to reschedule, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Having children in the treatment room can disrupt not only your relaxation but also the experience of other clients receiving services. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Photos

Before & after photos may be taken during your appointment to track treatment progress. These photos may also be used for marketing and advertising purposes. If you prefer not to have your photos used in this way, please indicate this on your intake form.

Aftercare

To ensure the best possible results and avoid any complications, please follow all aftercare instructions provided by your esthetician. These recommendations are made with your well-being in mind and are key to achieving the best outcome from your treatment.
