To me, skincare should be both effective and grounding—something that fits into your life, not something that overwhelms it. Because aging isn’t about reversing time; it’s about evolving with it, on your terms.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me diving into Human Design, getting lost in a great book, or bingeing anything made by Josh Gates. While juggling four kids and a husband, I’m always navigating the balance of life, self-care, and family—just like you.
